No software to install

BookGenius booking system is completely web-based. All you need is access to the internet to access your account. There are no up-front payments required for installation and no need for any equipment or servicing at your end.

Your appointments diary the way you want it

Whether you are a golf club, personal trainer, driving instructor or business with meeting rooms then system manages appointments the way you want it to. Choose to take payment or not, choose the time you start taking appointments, choose your cut-off points that prevent bookings being taken, choose how often you are available and for how long. 24 hour access

Both you and your customers have 24 hour access to the system so can make bookings and cancellations, payments etc whenever it suits you or them. Email confirmations to customer and client.

The BookGenius system will generate conformation emails to your customers and to you when bookings are made. This gives the customer a reference number and details of the reservation along with your important booking information such as terms and conditions. You receive confirmation emails that back-up the BookGenius system – which will automatically show the booking in your diary. This means that you can keep up to date using email if you have no access to the web.

Commitment to Revenue

Fed up with last minute cancellations and changes? BookGenius allows you take payment at the point of booking. You get to tell your customers your booking conditions and if they fail to meet them then you can take a deposit, cancellation charge or the full amount if you wish. Our customers find that this commitment to revenue means that your customers will more often meet your conditions and therefore cancellations and no-shows are greatly reduced.

Multiple payment options

You have the choice of payment options. Choose to take no payment, choose to take a swipe or a deposit or choose to take the full amount from your customer when they book. The BookGenius system just fits in with your operations. The options in more detail:

No payment	Customer just simply books and turns up. If there is a charge then you take payment on arrival.
Card Swipe	We take an authorization of the customers card. You take payment when they arrive. If they don’t show up or cancel late then you can take payment.
Full Payment	Customer is charged the full amount. They pay nothing when they arrive and the payment is passed to you via BACS
Deposit Payment	Customer is charged a deposit (set by you). This amount is passed to you via BACS and the customer pays the remainder on arrival.

Fully Secure online payment

Should you wish to take payment online then you have access to our fully secure online payment gateway supported by Streamline and Paypoint.net (two of the most reputable providers of merchant and online payment services in the business). You can rest assured that your customers have the complete comfort of secure online payment. Regular transfers will be made to you via BACS for monies taken on your behalf.

Supports multiple staff members and facilities

BookGenius can, and does, support a number of businesses with multiple staff members, franchisees or facilities. You can choose to have one account with a variety of staff members and facilities using the system. This gives you central control over and availability and pricing if you choose. If you choose to leave the administration to each person then you can do so.

Full control of access rights of business employees.

If you have a number of employees or franchisees then you can have a central control over the booking system and allow them access to only the parts they need. This allows you to have control over pricing, reports, performance etc whilst your employees or franchisees can concentrate on administering their appointments.

Supports mobile businesses

Mobile operators can set up their diary to show appointments at a variety of destinations. If you visit your customers at home then you can set-up your diary to allow for travelling time between customers. If you are mobile between areas or venues then you can set ach day or parts of a day to a different location – this will appear when your customers try to book an appointment and will appear on their booking confirmation.

Supports multiple locations

If you have a business which operates across or at a number of locations than BookGenius has the flexibility to cater for you. You can set different locations as bookable at the times you want or set one person to be available at a number of locations throughout the day, week or month. Whatever the complexity of your operations the system can handle it.

Printable daily appointment schedules

If you don’t have access to the web all day then simply print off your schedule for the day from the system and take it with you. You can choose whether you continue to take bookings at the last minute or not and as long as you have access to the web or email you will be notified as soon as a new booking comes in.

Full booking history

All your bookings are kept in a complete historic back catalogue for you to use and report against in the future. Also retains history such as status, cancellations and complete booking notes.

Reporting and administration tools

BookGenius provides reports that make your administration easier. Run reports for all bookings, revenue, cancellations by date, by week, month to date etc. Use these to quickly and simply administer your accounts and performance at the press of a button.
