The first stage of the relationship with BookGenius has seen all the trainers using BookGenius to manage their diaries. Clients can now view availability of their trainer and book online through the website.

Firethorn Recruitment use BookGenius to operate a call-back service on their website. As a specialist recruitment agency they can’t afford to miss a call from interested clients or candidates so they came to use for a solution to allow them to ensure that every potential customer can be contacted in a way that suited them.

The call-back system works by simply loading a diary of available times onto BookGenius. These attach to the website and customers can choose to book a call back at a specific time that suits them. This is an improvement to a ‘request a call-back’ option because the customer can select a time for the call.

Our meeting product is used by businesses when out of the office, for example, at a trade fair. In the run up to the fair you can give all potential clients and customers access to your appointments.
