The First in Fife Golfpass Group commissioned BookGenius to design, install, and manage a new online system for the purchase of golfpasses and subsequent online booking of tee times at our 12 courses. No other Golfpass has such a system, and we were very impressed with BookGenius's technical expertise, attention to detail, and overall customer service. Inevitably, there were a few (though not many) teething troubles with a new system of this kind, and it is always difficult trying to co-ordinate decisions and actions among 12 golf courses. BookGenius showed patience as well as expertise in dealing with these issues, so that the end customers always got a high level of service. In its first year of operation, online sales accounted for 30% of total Golfpass sales, and we envisage this proportion steadily growing, with considerable benefits for both Golfpass purchasers and the courses in the group.
